Service Description

The initial visit includes a thorough intake and evaluation. Depending on your goals and needs, we will review your personal and family health history, current dietary habits, sleep and exercise patterns, stressors, supplements and/or medications taken, test results, etc. Strategies for healing and support will be developed.
